Fees and Rebates
Payment is required at the time of each appointment. If you're using NDIS funding, a referral needs to be provided before we get started.
50 minute session
$190
Rebate - $87.25
Out of pocket - $102.75
Medicare rebates apply for eligible clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from their GP. Occupational therapists are recognised Allied Health providers under the Better Access to Mental Health Care scheme.
30 minute session
$100
Rebate - $61.80
Out of pocket - $38.20
Shorter sessions work well for check-ins, focused support, or follow-up appointments. A good option if you want to maintain regular contact without committing to a full hour.
Home vists
Hourly rate — $193.99
Home visits are available for NDIS participants in the North/West Melbourne area. Travel is billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide.
For NDIS participants across the rest of Australia, all sessions are delivered via telehealth.
