Mental Health Occupational Therapy for Pregnancy, Postpartum & Parenthood

You don't have to figure this out alone

Perinatal Mental Health Occupational Therapy Across Australia

Ready to Rise offers telehealth mental health occupational therapy across Australia, with a special focus on perinatal mental health. Whether you're navigating postpartum depression, pregnancy anxiety, birth trauma, or the emotional weight of early parenthood — this is a safe space to land.

GP referrals welcome. NDIS participants supported. Partners always included.

I support GP-referred and self-referred individuals — wherever you are in Australia.

Supporting individuals, partners & families through pregnancy, postpartum & early parenthood. Expert trauma-informed OT therapy, Australia-wide.

Many people seek support from a mental health OT alongside — or instead of — a perinatal psychologist, particularly when day-to-day life, routines, relationships, and functioning are part of what needs support. As an OT, I look at the full picture: not just how you're feeling, but how you're living.

About Your Perinatal Mental Health Specialist

I'm Kelsey Crosling — a registered mental health occupational therapist with over a decade of experience across public and private settings, now specialising in perinatal mental health.

I've worked in public Mother–Baby Units, a women's acute psychiatric unit, and I provide contract support with the Gidget Foundation. I'm currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Perinatal Mental Health.

But more than any of that — I get it. I know how important it is to feel genuinely understood, especially in the season of new parenthood.
